Need Help!!

My I Phone 6, is disabled. i forgot my password, but it wont connect to iTunes. All it says is " iTunes can not connect with iPhone. because it is locked with a pass code. you must enter the pass code on the iPhone to use iTunes. How? if my phone is disabled
