I solved the problem I had for two weeks today.
The iphone 6s started to consume quick charge after iOS 11.4 transition.
iOS 11.4.1 beta was not the solution. iOS 12 is the same.
I have done a clean installation before.
I took the dfu mode today and did a hard reset and bingo. The charge is good.

Tried restore phone but problem lingers. in fact, i restored twice just for kicks. Notice the issue is when the phone is on wifi. When it's outside on cell data, the phone seems to hold charge like before. Believe issue is related to a bug in the update.

So, did this work for you? I'm having very same issue, max cap of my battery is 91% and it lasted me all day before update. Now my battery barely lasts two hours even if I'm not even using it.

Nope, still the same problems with the battery drain. I really, really hope that Apple very soon release a new update!!
