If you have a Series 2 or Series 3 and it has gone into water lock just turn the Digital Crown until it makes noise and ejects the water from the speaker. Apple Watch water resistance is described in About Apple Watch water resistance - Apple Support. If you have one of the earlier models which are not so water resistant and water has got inside, Contact Apple Support as soon as possible for advice.
