Untagged Loops is such a hassle.
Untagged loops has a huge disadvantage of ease in searching for samples and loops. Cannot do advanced searches (for example: shorter or longer audio samples) and basically have to go into each and every individual folder to find a sample that might not be the sample I want. If all the samples were already there in the loops folder and ALSO the untagged loops section I wouldn't have any complaint. But this is ridiculous. Why take out a feature that most or a lot of logic users use as an advantage against other competing DAWs? The loops browser was great but now its only exclusive to apple. This is ridiculous in workflow and the untagged loops folder is such a hassle to go through compared to the apple loops browser. Is there any work around for this? I do not want to convert all my wav/aiff samples individually because that would take forever and I need a workaround for this because I need to do professional work that requires me to use samples. I am currently just trying to work with it but I have deadlines that could cost me more than just my time.
Edit: I cannot even open some of my samples to prelisten unless I move them into the timeline. This takes literally 2 seconds/sample to listen to a sample that I might not want to use. I literally have more than 50k samples in my library and I have no time to search for the right hihat or crash that's long enough or short enough in duration when I could've done it so much easier if I did it in the previous version of Logic. Seriously this is so annoying.
