I am unable to drag regions in GarageBand. The track is not locked. I've updated and restarted GB. I am able to shorten(left corner) and cut/paste regions but not able to drag left/right or to different tracks. A google search was not helpful.
Thanks for any help or suggestions.

It's an audio track. Running version 10.3.
I just updated my Mac OS and that appears to have fixed it.
Absolutely enraging.

What kind of track is it? And which version of GarageBand?
You should be able to copy and paste and drag and drop regions freely, but not in a Drummer track. The smart instrument tracks are behaving differently from regular tracks, also the Movie Track.
