This Was Stolen: Apple iPad Pro 2nd Generation 256GB Wi-Fi, 12.9In with Apple Pencil

Hello I wanted to know if there was a way to track down my stolen iPad Pro wifi 12.9 in that was stolen from me and my Apple Pencil. I know both of the items serial numbers but the thing is the products are not registered under apple I suppose because they were apart of a giveaway. I have pictures of the items and the serial number which was given to me by an employee exec. These items were won when I went to go pitch at the new apple store sponsored by 1871. I won a brand new Apple Pencil and iPad Pro. I utilized the service Venmo to receive the 950$ but received fraudulent pay. Both devices were reset when I tried to sell it.
