Charger output voltage is 4.95 V

Dear members! I have a charger, which appears to be a genuine Apple 1A charger MD813ZM/A. But output voltage at zero load is 4.95 V. At full load (1.04...1.06 A) it is 4.9 V. Is it fake? With best regards. Viktor.
