Why does my iPhone keep saying my Apple ID has been disabled when I try to download or update my stuff?

If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
