unknown Error entering apple ID password

Since a couple of days when I try to log in to my apple ID account with my password I get this answer

"An unknown error occurred"

I have changed my password, but no difference

I am using, at the moment, a 4G iPhone hotspot connection which has always been working

Do you have access to another network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary


Hard reset
