My apple watch stopped responding to touch a few days ago. The crown and hold button still works fine.
Have Force Restart a few time and also reset to factory settings but still doesn't work. Still rings and vibrates, just not responding to touch or force touch.
You seem to have done all the obvious user things, including a wipe and re-pair without success. The only remaining option is Contact Apple Support and arrange to get the watch checked at a Genius Bar appointment or Apple Service Center.
