I cannot get face time on my iphone 6s

Your iPhone originated from Saudi Arabia, which recently lifted a ban on FaceTime. Older iPhones originating from it and many other Middle Eastern countries tie its availability to a SIM card from a country which uses the AE country code but doesn’t ban FaceTime. Bangladesh uses a different country code.

It doesn’t matter whether or not the country you’re currently in bans FaceTime unless it’s a Middle Eastern one which lifted the ban.

As of now, all iPhones originating from the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan are subject to this restriction, but ones from Israel aren’t.
