Upgrade to iOS 11 from 9 on iPad Pro

I got a new iPad Pro 12” but it is running on iOS 9. On software update section of the general settings, II do see ios 11 is downloaded. But when I click Install Now, nothing is happpening except a little spinning animation shows on the end of the line of Install Now. I waited hours still nothing happens. What can I do?

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 9.3.2, 12”

I would connect it by cable to a computer and use itunes on the computer to upgrade
