My fitness pal app causing battery to overheat on my iPhone X. Anyone else with similar issue?

Running fully updated iOS on 256gb iPhone X. I deleted and reinstalled my fitness pal app hoping that would help but it didn’t.

Overheating-battery issue. Hello guys,the last 3-4 days my iphone overheats after a time of usage (3-4 mins) and the battery drains fast. I have disabled the gps,backround usage by apps and the icloud backup.My battery health is on 98%.According to the battery statistics thee most battery usage has messenger that got 23% the last 24h with 60mins of usage.Before i get this issue,some apps had been updated including messenger and instagram and i just added around 15 songs(150 in total).What should i do?

Fitness progress toward monthly goal disappeared I have been making good progress toward my monthly goal (this month a calorie goal), but today it shows 0 calories achieved. Only thing I can think is I upgraded to ios 16. If I look at each of the previous 14 days I see the record of calories burned, but the monthly goal shows 0 calories burned so far this month. Help! There is no way I can do double calories the rest of the month.
