Since updating my iPhone 7 Plus, the audio no longer records on any form of social media, in my video camera, nor will audio be accepted by Voice Memos or Siri. Headphone will not play sound, only speaker will. I have troubleshooted but to no avail. What do I do now? Is my hardware corrupted?

The first thing to do is to restart your phone.
Are you using a case? If so, remove it and try again.
