garageband plug in

Had trouble shoot session with apple support tech this afternoon - plug in not loading - said he was not aware of this issue - i had a hard time believing that i was the only one in the world unable to load plug in that had been working great - Softube support tech was helpful, they did a test to prove the issue, the Softube guy said they would contact Apple
