The heavy rotation only sync a few songs from iphone to my watch. Now I tap
"+Music" to sync my song one at a time. Totally painful! Could anyone provide solution I can sync a bunch of songs at a time?

(1) You generally have to sync a Playlist using the +Music in the Watch App on your iPhone. I have never tried individual songs, but have a "Watch" playlist of 50 songs and it syncs fine.
(2) The syncing of music is unfortunately done over Bluetooth and takes a freaking long time. I generally let it do it when I am charging the AW at night.
(3) Never tried to sync the "Heavy Rotation" list, but I do do the "Favorites" and "Chill" lists and they sync fine.
