Backup service

Does Apple have a cloud backup service for hard drives similar to Backblaze and Carbonite, or CrashPlan, which is dropping home back up in a few days.

no.. Icloud will sync your desktop and documents folder but not en entire drive.

you can set up time machine back up and even with some help from 3rd party options use a network drive or an external server for that back up.

Looked at the backup services Apple offers, and it's very piecemeal, Documents, Photos, a few other things, but what about applications and other software, or my music (heard about tracks being replaced with other versions), my downloads, and other stuff. Pretty disappointing. Oh well. Thanks again Greg.

Thanks. I’m looking for a service that will do it. So far have not had any luck getting the Backblaze software to function.
