Problem in mic and earphone

Dear

I have problem in mic and earphone

Its appear directly after the update

It even i cant press speacker when i call


Please tell me whats the problem

Check the charging port for lint or other debris.

Dear MrBILL

i tried to test the mic as you told me

But its not work

I tried to take video by front and rear camera but no voices and sounds

I tried also to but headphones but its also no sound

I cant also record voice massage by whats app , i press the mic but it appear there is problem in mic..

If my friends send voice massages i can hear it but i cant record

If i call i cant hear and they can hear me and i cant also press speacker


Please tell me whats the problem
