I'm currently using iOS 11.4.1 Public Beta 4 and would like to try the Beta version of 12.0. Do I need to remove my current beta profile and re-enroll my iPhone or should it get pushed to my device?

You will need to load a new profile to access the new public beta. You might want to consider rolling back to the currently published iOS 11.4, making an archived backup, removing your current beta profile (do this prior to rolling back) and then enter the 12 Public beta.
