You're not alone! We are seeing numerous posts here at the ASC related to excessive battery drainage with the release of iOS 11.4, my iPhone SE included. This does not seem to be restricted to any particular model of iPhone or iPad. Apple, as of yet, has not addressed this, and there seems to be no permanent fix available ... yet.
My Ipad Air is ruined since doing this update - i get about 10 mins use from a 100% battery charge, and the Start Button is useless - it does not respond to touch and more often than not launches Siri when I am trying to return to the home screen.
Apple - this is NOT acceptable - I now need to replace my IPad but it's highly unlikely it will be with another Apple product - why would it be?
Either fix this update or replace the batteries you have ruined.
I see there may be an 11.4.1 coming soon, is there a fix within it ? As my phone has basically been rendered useless.
