LTE not working Iphone 5s Lifecell

My operator is Lifecell Ukraine. Having the same problem with Iphone 5s as earlier post from someone not connecting to LTE, just connects to 3G. No error messages. When I am roaming outside of Ukraine then LTE connects instantly.
