iPhone 6s low and distorted call volume

When I used the phone pressed against my ears the volume is very low and distorted. Yet if I put it on speaker it’s very loud and clear. This started after the last update.

Bad call quality I have a 7plus iPhone and the call quality is terrible. Unless I have it in my mouth it seems it is very hard to hear me. I’ve turned it off , turned it up, switched it on and off but nothing works. The volume goes up and down or I sound muffled. Anyone else having this problem?
