I am not getting an update of my Iphone 6 so then i went and connected it to my pc and tried to download the update via itunes but after downloading the update it doesnt update my phone it gets stuck on the apple logo and then gives a 4013 error after a few minutes can somebody please help me !!!!

Try the suggestions here.

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support

If the issue persists, contact Apple Support as stated at the end of the article.
