On Mac OS High Sierra Guest account does not present for login?

Mac OS Version 10.13.5.

Guest account enabled in System Preferences but does not appear in Login Window even after restart.

Mac mini (Late 2012), macOS High Sierra (10.13.5)

Yes, that wasn't working; the account remained enabled.

On further investigation though I found the Guest account, id 201, had been hijacked by _HDHomeRun! So I removed HDHomeRun and deleted user _HDHomeRun via the command line and all was well i.e. I could enable/disable the Guest account again.
