Any streaming content you can find on the Firestick should already be directly available via web browser or app on a Mac.
But to answer your question, no the HDMI ports on a Mac are video output ports. They are not input ports, and the Mac has no way of showing any video input from the Firestick anyway.
You would need a video capture device to plug the Firestick into, and then be able to see the video on the Mac via the capture device's software.

No. Why would you even want to? You should be able to access pretty much any streaming service you can get with a fire stick through a browser.
Are you referring to an Amazon Firestick? If so the answer is no as a Mac is a computer and does not have a TV tuner.
The Firestick is a streaming device and does not need a TV tuner to work. In fact no streaming device needs a TV tuner. They only need a display.
