Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, applerobot1978!

I understand you're wanting to change the 536 calorie measurement shown for your high intensity workout to something lower, or maybe higher. I'd be happy to provide information for what you can do when this is shown.

The number you see here is your previous workout. If you tap the three green dots, you'll see the option of changing the calorie amount you may want to complete during that work out.

Check out this article: Work out with your Apple Watch

Start a workout

Siri can help you start a workout. Say something like "go for a 5-mile walk." Or just use the app:

  1. Open the Workout app, then find the workout that best matches what you're doing. If you don't see your workout, use Other.
  2. To start, tap the workout. To set a goal before starting, tap User uploaded file. Want to change the calorie or distance metric?
  3. Wait for the three-second countdown. To skip the countdown, tap the screen.
  4. To add another type of workout without ending your session, swipe right, then tap
    User uploaded file.
  5. To control music, swipe left.
  6. When you're done working out, swipe right, then tap
    User uploaded file.

Learn more about each type of workout, including swim and wheelchair workouts.

I hope this information helps you complete your future workouts.
Have a great weekend!
