I’m trying to find past purchses I made inside a certain game, all I’m seeing is 2018. Is there a way to go back to a few years ago?

{Settings> Apple ID> iTunes & App Store> Apple ID:...(At top)>View Apple ID>Purchase history>Last 90 Days} and it will allow you to select from any year.
