My question is my app store always request password id for billing method

Hello all,


Please advice me why my app store always request me for password for billing method issue. When I'm keyin password and see billing method already at NONE. But if I select done, it still pop up same error. At same time I try put my card bank acc on billing method. Then, when I try to select DONE, it seem like my card debit is declined


Please help me on this situation. I need to update apps 😟

Thanks for chooing Apple Support Communities.
I understand from your post that you currently have your payment method for iTunes and the App Store set to none but you are continuously receiving a message to enter your billing information. When you do enter your information it says payment declined.

Use this article below for help with payments being declined.
If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue in the App Store or iTunes Store

if those steps do not help you may need to contact Apple Support. Contact Support
