Purchase issue

Hello i contacted my mobile phone carriers and asked them to fix my purchasing issues in App Stor and they told me that my phone billing have no problems to purchase in App Store (wanted to update my apps actually) So they told me to ask you guys back. the issue is you guys make this problem is to force us to buy new iPhone model right? If not pls fix my problem pls. Cannot update any of my apps. 😟User uploaded file😟
