Circular Org Chart in Keynote?

Is there a template or somewhat easy way to create a Circular Org Chart (like Apple's org chart!) in Keynote? Or is there another application that might be better (Pages or Numbers)?

Try the 2 D donut chart and adjust the inner radius setting:
