Data Roaming Options is Missing

I want to toggle on my data roaming settings because i’m going abroad. But when it comes to the cellular data settings / options, i find it missing from the settings. How should i solve this? Looking forward to your help. Thank you

About cellular data roaming options for your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support

I find this option at Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Roaming Off

(iPhone X, iOS 11.4, GSM cellular carrier).

I am abroad and cellular roaming option doesn’t appear in my cellular data options. I want to be sure roaming is off. Please help
