iPhone SE Black Screen, Not detected on software

Recently my iPhone has not been showing any signs of life and I thought nothing about it as the last time I was using it, the phone was at 1% so I thought it just died. I put it in several different working chargers to see no battery signs, still a dead black screen. iTunes or Recovery Software seems to not recognize it after following different steps to put it into recovery mode still. I tried hard resetting it many times, with no success. I don't remember any water damage, or anything that could have gotten the phone to this condition. Whatever I try to do seems to gain no success. I have an iPhone SE with the newest iOS, a year old.
