I have comecast and also bellsouth. However I get my emails fine from Comcast but I have nothing on my screen that can receive emails from bellsouth

This is stupid me. I use Comcast for my emails....but for my Apple ID I use bellsouth. That’s because a long time ago when I first bought an iPad I was with bellsouth. Now some of my mail is going to a bellsouth address and I do not know how to get the mail?

Please help me and don’t laugh.

Hey phyllis129,

I can see that you're not able to get emails from the BellSouth email address associated with your Apple ID. Being able to receive email is important and I want to help. Just to be sure, when was the last time you received an email to this account? Are you able to access email sent to this address by viewing them from a web browser? If so, you'll want to be sure that the Mail Settings are set up properly to also receive email on your device. The following resources can help.
