HELP! MSN and iChat

I have an MSN account. I want to chat with other MSN users through iChat. I want to use my MSN account as a jabber ID....I did it with google chat, but I can't figure out what to use for MSN for the server settings. Can someone help me?

MacBook Pro 2.0GHz Intel Core Duo, Mac OS X (10.4.8)

USe the first three numbered links on this page

Includes links to the other bit you need for the AllForces thing (like a list of Jabber severs)

On the sam page there are links to appa that will video to MSN
