I received while on a site while in Safari: Mac OS is infected with virus and other malicious applications. Please call Apple Support 18776641666. Is this real??

All you have to do is Google the phone number to find it is not Apple:

Any company pushing its services by using scare-tactics pop-ups like that should trigger a big "RUN AWAY" warning in your head.
