I have an iPhone (iPhone X) and a Samsung TV.
Pair them using Bluetooth? That does not sound possible. The Samsung TV does have Bluetooth, but it's to use a Bluetooth keyboard or mouse.
Exactly what are you trying to do? Without knowing the answer, my guess is you'll need an Apple TV to do it.
