Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I am trying to reset my iPhone 8 to the original factory settings so I can turn it in to exchange it for a new iPhone. I never set up a restriction code so I have no clue what it is. I have tried three times and nothing has worked. I tried to reset it from iTunes and that didn't work. Please help.
