FaceTime and iMessage activation error

Goodmorning everyone. I have a problem with my iPhone X iOS 11.4: when I try to activate FaceTime or iMessage with my Apple ID I get the error "unable to activate FaceTime / iMessage. Try again later "or something. What can I do?

I had the same error with my iPad 2 running iOS 9.3.5

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.2)
