I accidentally deleted some emails on my iphone. Therefore they are deleted on my pc. I would like it so that my emails are not synced between my iphone, my ipad and my pc. Can this be done? Thank you.

You basically have two options:
For your Mac, go to System Preferences > iCloud, then uncheck each item that you don't want to sync. For your iOS devices, tap on Settings > Apple ID > iCloud, then move the slider to Off for each item you don't want to sync.
It all depends on your email provider. It sounds as if your email account is an IMAP account, a type that is designed to keep everything in sync across all of your devices. You'll need to contact your email provider and see if they offer POP accounts and if they can transition you over to one. POP accounts do not sync across devices so, if you deleted on your phone, the email would still be on your computer.
