Service Centre Damaged my display after I gave it for repair ? What should I do? No to help

This is so unfortunate to see how Apple being such a big company is not helping their customers rather harassing them to a very high level...

I had given my I phone 6 for Receiver repair at 11:55 am to Apple authorised Service Centre . B2x Ansal Plaza. They received my phone and said that they will repair and i can take it back after 30 minutes. After i submitted my phone to them, they are supposed to issue me a Job sheet, BUT UNFORTUNATELY I WASN'T ISSUED ANY JOB SHEET.

After 45 minutes at 12:40 pm i go back to them to receive my phone back and to my surprise i saw that there was a crack on my phone's display.

After i told the technician that how did this crack appear, she totally denied and started behaving rude to me. after all the argument she quickly made a service report and changed the description in it stating that the display is cracked.

Firstly this is important to bring in notice that i was issued the JOB REPORT at 12:55 after i had shown my concern about how my screen got cracked, whereas it should have been issued at 11:55 am.

Secondly In the job sheet, it is no where mentioned that from where my phone's display is cracked, whereas it is there duty to write the description of the phone's condition in details in the JOB SHEET.

Thirdly i did approach the manager of the service centre, but it was obvious that they too denied there mistake.

Another important point to mention here that it is Apple Company's policy that in case the phones display is cracked, they cannot take my phone in warranty then how and why did they repaired my receiver of the phone under Warranty.

It is unbelievable to see that when I called the Apple support that too denied me that Apple cannot in any how support the customer ...

I request Apple India to Please help and get my Display of the phone changed as they are liable for the same.

Please look into the matter... and stop Harassing customersUser uploaded file

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user support forum, and Apple does not participate here. Your issue is with the Authorized Apple service provider, who are not employees of Apple. They are independent businesses that support Apple. You need to speak to the manager to resolve your issue. After that, if you wish to contact Apple, you can, but remember the people at that service center are not Apple employees.
