recently I have noticed that my storage on my iphone has been full. When I went to check it out it was due to the fact hat safari is taking up 11 gigabytes of storage out of my total of 32 is there any way to fix this?
Fully Close Safari by double tapping your home button and then sliding Safari up to fully close it.
Open Settings > Safari > Tap Clear History and Website Data
Reboot your phone and check storage again.
Then the next logical step would be restore your phone. You could try first to restore from backup. If that doesn't solve this, then restore as new, not from backup and bring things over individually after the restore.

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi.
Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.
Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.
