Why doesn't Settings > General > Multitasking & Dock show up on my iPhone 8 (iOS 11.3)?

It´s not a feature of iOS for any iPhone model...it´s only available on the iPad, where it maybe makes more sense with the much larger screen!? Regards, Ian.

Did you have it previously, I’ve checked on X and it’s not there, only see it on my iPad Mini 2, I’ve always assumed it’s an option for the larger screen devices.
