You very likely got a fake iPhone then. IPhones cannot run Android OS in any way shape or form.

Can you post a picture of the phone and screen that makes you think its running Android?

I am not able to know if its a micro-usb port or the lightning port.

The boot and turn off sequence follows the pattern you've just described. The slider shows when the power button is held down for a few seconds and when i turn it on, the apple logo comes up and after a few moments, the lock screen comes up.

I got it used and not all the assesories came with it.

So you're saying here that it shows the Apple boot-up, and in your earlier post that you think it's running Android 😟. Some photos of the screen at the start-up and when settled down would help, if you can manage that.

No the IMEI is merely an identifier for the cell companies.

You can use the serial number here to verify its a real serial number from Apple: Check Your Service and Support Coverage - Apple Support

However, the fact the serial number is real, is no guarantee the device its attached to is real.

Other clues, include the charging port. Is it an actual Lightning port, or a micro-usb port. Fake iPhones normally have micro-usb ports.

The boot and turn off sequence. To turn off an iPhone, press and hold the power button for a few seconds until the slider appears on screen. Then slide it to the right to turn it off. No slider, fake phone.

Turn if back on by holding the power button for a couple of seconds. You should see the Apple logo, and after a few moments it will show the lock screen.

If anything else appears, its likely a fake iPhone.

Look at the headphones. If they have a 3.5mm jack and the phone actually has a 3.5mm port, then its fake. The real iPhone 8 Plus will not have a 3.5mm headphone port, and the packed in headphones will have a Lightning connector instead of thr 3.5mm jack.

And as you have seen, if you get the Google Play Store rather than the iTunes App Store when tapping this icon: User uploaded file
