If i “Reset All Settings” will i lose my all contacts, photos, and app data?

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to know if Reset All Settings will delete the content on your iPhone. Reset All Settings will reset all settings and your Apple Pay cards will be removed. No data or media will be deleted. If you choose to Erase All Content and Settings you will lose photos and other data that is not yet backed up or uploaded to iCloud.
