TRU DEPTH CAMERA/FACE ID WONT WORK, AFTER WATER

I dropped my phone in the pool, it took me a good 2 minutes to realize it was under. i knocked it off the side. first, it said face id disabled. then, it said turned off. my uncle owns a phone shop, so immediatly rushed it to him, he opened it up and blew it out with air. then put it in a box a silica gel. all of the water is out of the phone. but face id still doesn’t work, neither does portrait mode selfies. can i get the camera replaced?

The device will need to be replaced. Make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to see about an out of warranty replacement. Be prepared to pay a fee. iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support

Just realized I missed the part about uncle opening it. Apple may not support that phone any longer if an unauthorized provider opened the device. See what they have to say.
