ios keeps asking for itunes store password

ive done every suggestion ive seen ,no matter what i try i keep getting a pop up on my iPhone x , iOS version 11.4 to enter my iTunes store password,,oddly enough if i dont enter the password and i go to settings click on my name and go to iTunes store, its showing me as signed in,,ive signed in and out of the store and iCloud several times ,restarted my iPhone in-between times even filled out all the payment info again and still im getting the pop up.

Any suggestions?

why does app store not accept my password. Keeps saying my ID has not been used in iTunes Store. Not trying to access iTunes??? Anyone having problems with App Store not taking your password? Keeps bringing up a prompt that says “ This ID has not been used on iTunes Store. Pls enter password and review your information “ After re-entering password it just kicks you back to the same prompt. Not even trying to access iTunes.... I need to download apps! Any clues to what is happening??

iTunes Store Can't log on iTunes Store. Get message that I use wrong password, even if I change it and use the new one.
