Where do I find the pictures saved to my iCloud

iCLoud is NOT an off site storage location nor is it a backup service - it is a syncing service - it is not possible to "save" photos to iCloud

If you are using iCloud Photo library then your photos are available in the Photos app on each device or can be accessed at iCloud.com using any computer web browser

Hello Mariemariah, you should be able to see all of them on www.icloud.com, after you log in with your Apple ID.

They should also be available on any of your iOS devices where you are logged in with your Apple ID. If you can't see them, please make sure you have got iCloud Photo Library turned on on your device. In phone or other iOS device go to setting - your name on top of the page - iCloud - Photos - iCloud Photo Library button should green.

After this, you should be able to see all the photos in your device.
