I forgot my apple id password and security questions don’t work because I’ve put in a random birthday (and I can’t remeber it). I can’t reset it through email because it’s an old email and I don’t have access to it anymore . So how can I get it back ?

I tried that and it gives me 2 options: security questions or to reset it by email and I don’t remeber the security question and I don’t have access to the email because it’s an old yahoo one.
How can I recover my apple id ?
