Apple music recommending foreign music

Apple Music is continuously recommending foreign language songs under “New Music Mix” and “Chill Mix”. It used to recommend music that was pretty close to my tastes but for the past 3 weeks it has been loading the lists with Russian music. I have never searched for this music or have any foreign music in any playlists. I have hit “dislike” on all of those songs since it started but the recommendations keep coming. Am I missing a setting or something?
