How can I change my backup location on Windows 10

I can only find this previous thread that tells me how to change the location but I keep getting an error of "Cannot create a file when that file already exists." when I enter MkLink /J "C:\Users\Ricky B\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup" "B:\MobileSync\Backup"

The A: & B: drive letters are typically reserved for floppy discs. It might be wise to choose a different letter for the external drive.

As given the command will fail if there is an existing file or folder called Backup in C:\Users\Ricky B\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup when you invoke it.
